Oxford Technology Park
Oxford
OTP is a 20-acre science and technology park in a key location in the Golden Triangle. As at December 2022, it comprised three completed buildings and a development site for nine further buildings. Current important sustainability features include:

- EPC ‘A’ or ‘B’ ratings
- EV charging points
