Claire is a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Fidelity Special Values Plc and a non-executive director of The Monks Investment Trust and of Nippon Active Value Fund plc. She has over 20 years’ experience working in financial services and investment management, having qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers and Lybrand, where she specialised in litigation support and forensic accounting. Claire then spent thirteen years working in equity investment management for Robert Fleming Investment Management, American Express Asset Management and latterly Oxburgh Partners, where she was a partner with responsibility for their European Hedge Fund. Claire has a degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University.

Sally Ann was appointed as a Director of the Company on 14 October 2021.

Sally Ann is CEO of the Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst and is a pioneer of the Life Science real estate industry with 16 years of experience in the delivery of outstanding science parks.  She has been responsible for the strategy, growth and development of four internationally recognised clusters including Harwell Oxford, Colworth Science Park, Norwich Research Park and most recently Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst where she is CEO. She began her career with Unilever where she had lead responsibility for scientific Strategic Alliances and Open Innovation and gained an insight into the needs of growing companies as part of the founding team of Unilever Ventures.  She gained her property experience through Goodman International where she was Director of Science Parks responsible for the development and management of their UK portfolio. She has a PhD in molecular biology from the University of Cambridge, a certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance from LSE and is a qualified management accountant (CGMA). She was awarded an OBE for services to Business and Science in 2021 and was named by Cranfield School of Management as one of the Women to Watch 2022.

Mike was appointed as a Director of the Company on 14 October 2021.

Mike is Commercial Director for the British Heart Foundation (the “BHF”), where he is responsible for their commercial revenues across 720 retail outlets, online channels and commercial health ventures, with annual revenues of over £200M. The BHF funds Life Science research into heart and circulatory diseases. Prior to this, he was MD at a number of national retailers, including Budgens, Londis and Whittard. Mike has a degree in Economics from UEA.

Richard was appointed as a Director of the Company on 3 May 2022.

Richard is the Chief Financial Officer of Primary Health Properties plc, the FTSE-250 REIT and leading investor in flexible, modern primary healthcare accommodation across the UK and Ireland. He has over 20 years of commercial property experience within the listed property sector and previously held the role of Finance Director – Joint Ventures at LondonMetric Property plc until March 2017. Whilst working for LondonMetric Property plc and Brixton plc, he was involved in over £5 billion of property transactions. Richard is a qualified accountant and has a degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University.

Richard was appointed as a Director of the Company on 3 May 2022.
